Hello, welcome to our Stick Marsh Bait and Tackle website. We are a family of 7 whom bought the bait shop and we are under new managment since November 2008. Be sure you will be treated with respect and kindness. Thanks for being patient and we appreciate those clients who have made it easier on us.

Summer Hours: (May-July)

Monday - Saturday 6:00am-6:00pm

Sunday 6:00-5:00pm

Store Hours:

Monday - Saturday 5:30am- 6:00pm

Sunday 5:30am -5:00pm.

Next to the bait shop after a long day fishing, stop by for pictures and an ice cream. We are also running an ice cream shop next door. Stop buy for a delicious, refreshing treat. (we carry Edy's hand dipped ice cream) Hours are 9-7:30pm.

Note if you need anything after hours go next door to the ice cream shop.

We are happy to announce we now offer wireless internet service connection to our busy businessmen. Bring your laptop and relax under our tree and get connected. No charge to you our customers.

Mario catches a 6.5lb bass, 24 inches long at C-54 on May 2, 2009! Way to go!! He caught another smaller bass.

Congratulations to a great fisherman that has been fishing all week. On Monday he caught a nice size bass and on Wednesday he caught a bigger one. His goal today is to catch a bigger one!!! Good luck and Congrats!!!

Congrats to Wes Woodall who caught a bass that weighted over 8lbs, March 22, 2009 !! Him and his sister, Barb and his brother in law Robert Fowler also caught several other bass over 4lbs. Keep up the good work!!

Roy Bass caught the biggest bass of the season on a Large Wild Shiner!! 14lbs, 25.5 inches, Caught in Farm 13 on January 3, 2009!! And to date has still been out there catching a couple more 9 and 10lb bass but says won't give another pic untill bigger than 14lbs. KEEP IT UP!!

Still Fishing

We have clients coming in and reporting catching specs, bluegill and bass.

We carry shiners, minnows, worms and crickets all through the weeks so stop by and get your bait

Bass reports

WE are getting good reports on bass. Some of our clients have been catching some 12, 8, and 9 pounders.

Not everyone one is soo lucky, but they are out here.

Bass fishing

Bass fishing has slowed down. Customers are still catching some but, not as big and as many as a few weeks ago.

Bluegill and shellcracker fishing has increased.

Spec fishermen have been reporting they are still catching some specs but they are having to go 5 feet down.

great fishing

Fishing for bass has been doing great, we have had a couple of report of it doing just great getting some 10 pounders and few 9, 8,and 7 pound keep it up and Spec have started to bite a bit more but are hopefully going to pick some up. Bluegill, shellcracker have just been pretty much the limit out there!!! Good luck

Great Weekend

We have been getting great reports.

Some of our spec fishermen have been reporting 40 to 50 specs this past week and we have gotten pictures of 8-11.5 lb bass.
